BIGGER and BETTER

Another group gets its licensing debut. i-Create’s Young Men’s fashion end…Especially; skulls, music and skate are really picking up the pace. Around 20 more designs have become part of the family adding to around 1000 designs licensed in apparel by our one US licensee (Wow!). Our skate and some music will even fall into the Boys category as well like our recent releases. Hey, some of these may even be translated into hoodies and long sleeve tees by fall as well like others have in the past few months. Exciting times: So much fashion…So many colors…Awesome combination of elements…and most of all: A great partnership that just gets Bigger and Better.

Expansion into the Girls, Juniors and Missy Markets

Our Girls and Juniors fashion apparel licensing programs are picking up. This includes some of the designs also spinning off into Missy as well. These particular (not all shown here) are spun-off from two of our mobile themes: Sour Mash and Nella Camp V1. Our licensee is truly covering all areas in the market. We’re glad to be a big part of their expansion. We already have girls licensed apparel (mainly humor and seasonal) in the market since late 2007 and in some major retailers (including a recent fashion release) so we are adding to this catalog from our original fashion styles.

ORDINscARY

Who’s ORDINARY these days? Everyone’s different. Though there is one description for those in a class of their own. This wacky whatever-they-are / critter-crew is ORDINARY amongst themselves… though to others, they are “well” …scary….or a better word of choice “ORDINscARY”. Already getting ready for licensed mobile and apparel programs, these critters will have additional new members coming to their family. Funny puns and fashion styles await. i-Create has always been known for its wacky style…and we’re glad to comeback with a colorful and offbeat style we have been known for over 13 years.

Q4/08 & Q1/09 gross around $1M at retail (Mobile & Apparel)

Amazing how it all looks at the end result’s compiled retailed price. On the apparel end…since Q4’s (2008) results and added to this current quarter (Q1/09), we shall be nearing 100,000 units sold at retail of our licensed apparel program. With these retailing at (lowest) around $10.00 each item (t-shirt), it’s upwardly (and or close to) $1M at retail in total combined. On the mobile end in 2008, just one of our wallpapers grossed retail well over $100,000.00 (based on gross units sold in 2008).Also added are sales results from our other existing mobile SKUs.

2009 has much potential for our licensed library to grow 5-to-10 fold (from last year) through mobile and apparel, with the apparel end soon dwarfing the mobile end (basing on reoccurring sale profits, demands, spinoffs opportunities, exclusive placements, etc). Without wondering what the forecasts will actually be… we can gladly say, this year may be one of our best years when it comes to broad scope in distribution in opposing industries, yet compatible industry categories like fashion, humor and organic character brands (ours).

Sleeve it to i-Create...

Wow, finally, long sleeve tees! In the last 18 months our licensing program has been concentrating mainly on short sleeve tee designs with a hoodie program here and there (btw…the hoodies are looking awesome for 2009). In the last week, we have added four spinoff licensed designs into combos (short sleeve tee along with a long sleeve tee; sold as a set and can be worn separately as well). And, for this week, our program spun into eight new single long sleeve tee designs with three separate hits. It looks as if a lot of our short sleeve fashion-style designs are able to spin off into long sleeve tee programs adding one mirror (same) sleeve hit for both arms, or two different sleeve hits like this new released group above. Every time we feel our apparel program has hit top (all filled up) with so many designs licensed (almost 1000)…another creative spin or request initiates creativity to add more. That’s “i-Create” for ya’….it’s in the name. Sleeve it to us…to "Keep-On-Rockin-On”.
